Refund Policy

Day Trader Funding has a strict NO REFUNDS policy. All purchases of evaluation accounts, resets, add-ons, and any other products or services are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. No Refund Policy

Day Trader Funding operates a strict no-refund policy. Once a purchase is completed, it is final and cannot be reversed, refunded, or credited.

This policy applies to all products and services, including but not limited to:

  • Evaluation account purchases (50K, 100K, 150K)
  • Account resets
  • Account upgrades
  • Any other products or services offered

2. Rationale

Our no-refund policy exists because:

  • Immediate Access: Upon purchase, you immediately receive access to a simulated trading account with real-time market data. This service cannot be "returned."
  • Digital Services: Our products are digital services that are delivered instantly and consumed immediately upon use.
  • Cost of Service: Each account incurs costs for data feeds, platform access, and infrastructure that cannot be recovered.
  • Fairness: Allowing refunds after trading would enable abuse where traders could request refunds after failing evaluations.

3. What This Means for You

Before purchasing any product or service from Day Trader Funding:

  • Review the Rules: Carefully read our Trading Rules to ensure you understand the requirements.
  • Understand the Product: Make sure you understand what you're purchasing and that it meets your needs.
  • Consider Your Decision: Since all sales are final, be certain before completing your purchase.
  • Read the Terms: Review our Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure before purchasing.

4. Exceptions

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may consider exceptions in the followingextremely limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error.
  • Account Not Provisioned: If your account was not created or activated within 48 hours of purchase and you have not placed any trades.
  • Billing Error: If the amount charged was different from the listed price at the time of purchase.

To request a review of your case under these exceptions, contact support@daytraderfunding.com within 48 hours of your purchase with your order details and a clear explanation of the issue.

Note: Even in exceptional cases, refunds are not assured and are granted solely at our discretion.

5. Chargebacks

Do not file a chargeback with your bank or credit card company.

Filing a chargeback is a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in:

  • Immediate termination of all your accounts
  • Forfeiture of any pending payouts
  • Permanent ban from our platform
  • Potential collection action for amounts owed
  • Reporting to fraud prevention databases

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at support@daytraderfunding.com before taking any action with your financial institution.

6. Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to a rule violation, no refund will be issued. This includes:

  • Exceeding drawdown limits
  • Violating trading rules
  • Prohibited trading activities
  • Terms of Service violations
  • Failed identity verification
  • Operating from a restricted jurisdiction

Account terminations are final and non-refundable regardless of the reason.

7. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If you purchased at a higher price before a price reduction, you are not entitled to a refund of the difference.

8. Promotional Offers

Promotional discounts, coupons, or special offers cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases. No refunds or credits will be issued for the difference between promotional and regular pricing.
